5. Financial Information
The registration process does not require you to enter financial information if you just want to browse the Site. If you want to bid on an item, you will have to submit credit card information (including expiration date and billing address) if you are 18 years of age or older. If you don't submit such card information when you first register, you will be prompted for it when you attempt to bid on an item. .

For large bids, we may contact you to confirm your bid. We also may request other personal information, such as credit references and reports about you from third parties.

Financial information, and such additional personal information, is used:

• to qualify the user as a bidder;
• to bill the user for items when such user's bid is the accepted bid; and

We work with a third-party credit card processing company, as do many e-commerce web sites. This partner securely manages all customer data in accordance with consumer data protection laws enacted worldwide, including data handling, storage, and security.

6. Minimum Age
Registrants are required to be at least 18 years of age. PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE OUR SERVICES, OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATE IN ANY ACTIVITY ON THE SITE. We will not knowingly collect information from children. Information you provide will be maintained as long as you are registered with us.

We do not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party.

Yahoo! Inc. ("Yahoo") hosts the Site. Yahoo does retrieve aggregate data and information, and Yahoo's use of such information is subject to the terms of its privacy policy, Yahoo! Privacy.

We will release personal information if we are required to do so by law or we in good faith believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law or with legal process; (b) protect and defend our rights and property; (c) protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the Site; or (d) protect the personal safety or property of our users or the public (among other things, this means that if you provide false registration information or attempt to pose as someone else, information about you - including your computer's IP address - may be disclosed as part of any investigation into your actions.)

If you are the winning bidder in an auction, some personal information (your name and address) will be given to the charity receiving the proceeds from that auction. This information is provided to the charity strictly so that the charity can abide by state and federal tax regulations requiring it to acknowledge donations ("winning bids"). The acknowledgement will provide you with appropriate documentation to determine what, if any, tax deductions you are eligible to receive. If you are the winning bidder in an auction, the Site reserves the right, pursuant to the terms of the User Agreement, to use your name and likeness in press activities related to the auction item.

We may use your information and activity to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce the terms and conditions of our User Agreement (including, without limitation, the terms and conditions of this privacy policy). We also keep track of any alias under which you register.

Unfortunately, due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this privacy policy. 9. Your User Profile
You may access your personal information in order to determine its accuracy and make changes if necessary. To access your profile, simply go to "Account Info", and edit your user information. Anyone using your password can make changes to your user profile, so do not supply your password to anyone who is not authorized to make these corrections for you. When a change has been made, you will be shown an online confirmation page, and receive an e-mail confirmation. We will try to process valid changes right away, but do not promise to do so within a particular time frame. 11. Auction Delivery, Fulfillment, and Administrative Partners
Yahoo! provides all technical aspects of the Site's online auction service. Keystone Internet Services (KeystoneInternet.com) provides fulfillment services, and Paymentech (Paymentech.com) provides secure credit card processing. These types of service relationships are common in the hosting and delivery of auctions like the Site.

12. Third-Party Links
Users should be aware that this privacy policy only governs the Site and emails sent to you from us. It does not govern sites accessible via links from the Site. When you visit a celebrity or charity web site via a link on the Site, you should be aware that you have left the Site altogether. These other sites may send their own cookies to you and collect data or solicit personal information pursuant to policies that are not consistent with our privacy policy. For this reason, we strongly urge you to be aware of the privacy policy governing any site you visit.

13. Surveys
On occasion, we will conduct online surveys. When you're on the Site, you may see a pop-up window offering you the opportunity to participate in a survey. If you do not wish to participate, simply click the "No, Thanks" button. If you choose to participate, you'll be prompted to answer a series of online questions. Your responses are confidential; no information on an individual's preferences will be shared with any outside organization.
